Associate, Lucie Training & Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and improve sales training and enablement programs
• Primary bilingual trainer delivering in English and Spanish
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate concepts into practical training
• Report to Head of Lucie Marketing
• Hybrid work in Tempe, AZ office (3 days in-office per week)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Training/Enablement/LD or Sales Operations
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training
• Experience coaching sales professionals, agents, brokers, or partners
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management
• Experience creating enablement content and using webinar platforms and LMS

• Base pay $82,717.20 – $108,566.33 per year
