Dangerous Goods Specialist

📋 Description

• Responsible for admin, operational and logistic tasks for dangerous goods shipments
• Mix of physical work (approx 60%) and office work (approx 40%)
• Work on the Sample Management Dangerous Goods & Cargo team and advise customers
• Customer contact by email/phone; liaise with drivers and colleagues
• Receive, check incoming goods and dangerous substances
• Prepare packing, labeling and shipping of goods

🎯 Requirements

• mbo level in transport or logistics preferred
• Willing to develop within the field; proactive and customer-friendly
• Fluent Dutch and English; valid driving license
• Safety certifications: VCA, ADR awareness, forklift
• Basic training: IATA DG course and IMDG training
