Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager

📋 Description

• The OPD will lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs
• Hours: typical full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; on-call 8am-5pm Mon-Fri to support staff across 4-5
• On-site work within the programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Must have Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements (MN).
• 3 years’ supervisory experience in human services per 245D Designated Manager qualifications.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean motor vehicle background; valid liability insurance.
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift/transfer, transport clients; good decision-making and time
• Must be at least 18 (some programs require 21 for certain foster care licensed programs).
