Talent Operations Coordinator - 12-month FTC

📋 Description

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones to move hiring loops quickly
• Operate ATS and scheduling tools to manage virtual and onsite interview loops
• Serve as a key contact for candidates and interviewers with rapid response times
• Maintain accurate, real-time data and templates across internal systems for fast decisions
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput
• Be based in Munich office, minimum 3 days per week

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting scaling, high-volume talent acquisition with strong operational execution
• Proficient in scheduling across multiple time zones with shifting priorities
• Clear communicator, able to surface process challenges and propose fast solutions
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems to boost team efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills to keep fast pipelines accurate
• Business fluent in German and English in a scaling, high-volume environment while maintaining
