📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and launch instrument products
• Guide product architectures and define pillars with leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet patient and clinician needs
• Provide admin leadership for planning, staffing, and budgets
• Interface with Marketing, Legal, Clinical Eng, Manufacturing, etc.
• Transfer designs and ensure FDA design history file compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Selfless leader who inspires trust and commits to excellence
• Minimum 5 years from concept to production (medical preferred)
• 8+ years mechanical design experience
• Lifecycle experience: design, debug, verify, transfer
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven people management and coaching ability
