Developer Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in developer workflows
• Build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform—skills, plugins, MCP servers, integrations
• Own architecture and standards for evaluating and deploying agents and model releases
• Improve onboarding, docs, and discovery to help engineers adopt AI tools
• Stay updated on agentic AI and developer tooling trends to shape internal standards
• Contribute to AI enablement programs and measure adoption and impact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, focus on developer tooling or DevX
• Hands-on AI/LLMs experience and shipping agentic solutions
• Build internal tools that make AI capabilities accessible to engineers; know when to build vs. buy
• Collaborator who earns trust with engineers and ships solutions that get adopted
• Strong full-stack TS, API design (REST, MCP), modern stack
• LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, RAG, tool-use patterns
