📋 Description

• Manage ServiceNow's partner ecosystem in Singapore.
• Build partner practices and drive joint GTM plans.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements with partners to accelerate deal velocity.
• Develop capacity plans to ensure partners can deliver customer implementations.
• Align partner investments with ServiceNow's strategy and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Risk & Security background with familiarity in Security Operations, IAM/GRC, or cybersecurity.
• AI fluency: experience leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making.
• 10+ years in partner/channel management or sales leadership in tech/SaaS.
• Strong coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to influence across levels.
• Deep understanding of cloud services, enterprise software platforms, and competitive landscape.
