📋 Description
- Technical expert on ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflow products in customer engagements
- Lead hands-on development across ServiceNow technologies (Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML
- Guide customers through ServiceNow capabilities during engagements, including knowledge transfers
- Draft and review user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer
- Provide training and mentoring to ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem
- Collaborate with team members to ensure great customer experiences and lead continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies, including integrations
- Ability to influence and consult in a customer service environment with risk-aware options
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, LDAP, SSO)
- Understanding of AI models and Generative AI; experience with ServiceNow Predictive/Task
- Strong data compliance knowledge (PII/PHI) and experience creating multi-component solution
- Experience in Field Service including work order management, asset management, and integrations
