Software Engineer, Agentic Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Build AI agents and internal systems from v1 to v100 or from scratch
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to automate workflows
• Translate strategy into programmatic outbound and internal tools
• Architect scalable agent-based workflows for GTM, Ops, and Compliance
• Move beyond CRM design to prototype workflows powered by AI
• Own and ship features with a focus on simplicity and usability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Engineering, Growth Product Management or technical RevOps
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL and comfortable with APIs
• Experience building and orchestrating AI agents (OpenClaw, Claude Managed Agents, Claude Code)
• Knowledge of Thin Harness, Fat Skills architecture
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and data logic
• Based in NYC or willing to be; in-person role with WFH Fridays
