🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years in contingent workforce or staffing
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
