Associate Director

📋 Description

• Lead a data science team to develop next-gen E-commerce measurement solutions using statistical
• Collaborate across product, data scientists, product managers and data collection specialists to
• Ideate, prototype and productionalize data architecture and modelling solutions
• Translate product requirements into actionable solutions and define roadmaps for R&D and
• Build and test statistical/analytical models (ML/AI) to address client needs and optimize with big
• Document solutions and create specifications for productionization by Technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• E - Bachelor or Master in CS/Data Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering; PhD a plus
• E - 5+ years in data science/research; leadership of end-to-end research projects
• E - Deep knowledge of statistical and ML methods (sampling, regression, time series, clustering
• E - Proficient in Python and common data science libraries
• E - Experience with cloud computing and ETL
• E - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on time
