• Lead a group of engineers and Tech Leads on a large iGaming engagement (sportsbook, casino
• Own the delivery for the group, shape teams, size work, and set technical direction.
• Combine architecture, deep engineering, and AI fluency to drive outcomes that matter.
• Coach leads, review approaches, and maintain high standards across teams.
• Operate in a consultancy context with focus on delivery, design, and commercial judgment.
• Balance AI components with robust engineering, ensuring production quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading backend and full-stack engineering in distributed systems.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to work with AI components and agents.
• Leadership experience: coaching leads, ownership of team scope, and stakeholder communication.
• Cloud and IaC experience; data modelling and API design skills.
• Domain knowledge in iGaming (odds, feeds, wallets, KYC, compliance) is a plus.
• Excellent system thinking, pragmatism, and ability to operate in a consultancy setting.
