🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering management
• 3+ years directing engineering managers
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS/FinTech at Sr IC or Manager
• 5+ years as IC software engineer
• 10+ years Agile/Iterative delivery (Scrum/Kanban/XP)
• Product-minded engineering leader with delivery focus
