Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage new implementations and enhancements for customers.
• Lead pre-sales calls for our growing merchant portfolio.
• Consult, troubleshoot, and launch scalable integrations.
• Partner with Sales, AM, Product, and Eng to improve merchant experiences.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure integration integrity.
• Advise on checkout, auth, omni-channel, and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years integrating with Web APIs.
• Ability to learn new tech quickly (APIs, dbs, SDKs).
• Experience with distributed systems and database design.
• Excellent communication; comfortable leading meetings.
• Customer-focused; translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to solve complex integration problems pragmatically.
