📋 Description
- Lead a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects to drive adoption of frontier AI with Claude
- Own hiring, onboarding, and career growth for architects; set goals and conduct reviews.
- Define qualification/prioritization framework for Applied AI engagements across a large book and
- Collaborate with Commercial sales leadership and Account Executives to co-build segment strategy
- Represent Anthropic technically at customer sites and events; contribute to thought leadership
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed
- Proven hiring and coaching ability; capable of allocating scarce technical talent across a large
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and production-quality engineering decisions
- Familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and modern AI developer tooling; systems
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with technical/business leaders; passion
