📋 Description

• Maintain and inspect commercial kitchen equipment for safety and function.
• Diagnose and fix equipment malfunctions; identify root causes.
• Repair/replace faulty components: electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
• Install new equipment per specs; ensure alignment and operation.
• Keep records of service, parts usage, and equipment status.
• Follow safety protocols on-site or in workshop.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial kitchen service or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of gas/electric appliances, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration.
• Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/electronic systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, diagrams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-focused.
• Ability to stand long, lift up to 50 lbs, physically demanding work.
