📋 Description

• Turn commercial plans into working operations.
• Connect the full customer lifecycle across Marketing, Sales and CS.
• Strengthen commercial execution with pipeline and forecast improvements.

• Maintain the GTM engine including HubSpot, pipelines and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on GTM Operations experience in GTM/R Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong commercial judgement across acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Confident with data: SQL, Databricks, Omni.
• A strong, credible operator with clear communication and execution.
• Practical, tool-fluent systems thinker; HubSpot familiarity; others like Clay/Gong help.
