NIBRS and Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Remote role focusing on NIBRS and compliance reporting for Axon.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to certify NIBRS/state reports within Axon’s
• Work with Product and Engineering to align national and state standards.
• Build state-specific forms and guide requirements for NIBRS/compliance.
• Provide training and support related to NIBRS and compliance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Law Enforcement technology
• Deep understanding of NIBRS submission requirements
• Experience with UCR and related compliance reporting is a plus
• Experience with Crash, citations, DV, traffic stop data is a plus
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills
• Experience with Flat File, XML, and/or JSON
