🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production software with experience shipping LLM-powered/agentic systems
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Deep expertise with LangGraph and/or LangChain
• Strong understanding of MCP — ideally building an MCP server
• Production async Python (FastAPI, asyncio) with WebSockets and long-lived connections
• Track record making architecture decisions on agent systems (tool boundaries, context/state design
