📋 Description

• Design a multi modality technician and workshop management curriculum; assist in asset creation
• Implement "train the trainer" programs and hands on skills assessments, leveraging classroom and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years professional automotive service instructional or educational experience.
• Built, managed and/or maintained standard operating procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics.
• Ability to present information confidently to groups.
• Commitment to uphold highest standards for safety and quality.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external training teams to deliver scalable
