Electromagnetic Effects Test Engineer (Automotive/Satellite EMC)

📋 Description

• Develop and qualify automotive EMC tests per CISPR 25 ISO 11452
• EMC design analysis and verification for hardware across board, unit, subsystem
• Operate EMC test facilities including chambers and pre-compliance tests
• Calibrate lab equipment and maintain test calibration
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, integration & mission ops teams
• Generate test plans and reports for EMI/EMC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related
• 1+ years hardware-focused test engineering (internships ok)
• 3+ years E3/EMI/EMC and RF analysis, design and testing
• Experience with CISPR25 FCC Part 15 MIL-STD-461/DO-160G
• EMC lab maintenance, calibration, and test automation (Python)
• Ability to read schematics, CAD drawings and BOMs
