📋 Description
- Lead technical/operational role for Assistant Editing workflow.
- Oversee projects from ingest to final delivery; train Editors and Assistants.
- Develop scalable workflows and best practices across Post.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with Post leadership and other teams to improve efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Assistant Editor or post-production in agency/studio/broadcast.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of codecs, transcoding, color, audio, and post workflows.
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-project workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with cloud-based media platforms is a plus (LucidLink, Frame.io, Dropbox).
🎁 Benefits
- Hybrid role based in Los Angeles; 3 days on-site.
- Compensation range: $95,000–$105,000 per year.
