Sr Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead product design and requirements across cross-functional initiatives with Eng, UX, Platform
• Build and maintain dashboards to track product adoption, usage, and customer health.
• Act as SME for customer escalations with Support, Services, and Eng to drive resolution.
• Translate feedback into clear product requirements and prioritization.
• Conduct competitive analysis to assess position domestically and internationally.
• Scale enablement through webinars, docs, and training for Support, Services, and CS teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with dashboards/reporting tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker
• Track record resolving complex customer issues and driving durable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with readiness to lead or support as needed.
