Business Systems Architect (Tax)

📋 Description

• Partner with Tax team to design finance systems (Oracle Cloud/Fusion Tax) and Stripe tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate Tax processes and drive SOX-compliant controls.
• Lead Tax-focused finance systems projects from requirements to go-live and support.
• Act as technology liaison to Tax stakeholders for process improvements.
• Develop tax data flows and system integration with Stripe.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Finance or related field; 8+ years in tax systems.
• 8 years building/maintaining global finance and compliance products.
• Experience with Tax systems: Sabrix, Vertex, Oracle EBTax, Fusion Cloud Tax.
• Program or project management experience.
• Design internal financial systems for Direct/Indirect tax needs.
• Data/reporting: SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher.

• Salary: $274,456 - $334,600/yr (base).
