- Remote project management for a luxury villa build in the Caribbean
- Handle procurement, scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
- Manage island-based materials with long lead times
- Coordinate shipping, customs, and deliveries remotely
- Develop and maintain the project schedule and trackers
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership
🎯 Requirements
- Proven construction project management experience
- Strong procurement & logistics with long-lead materials
- Excellent construction sequencing and scheduling knowledge
- Fluent English; strong remote communication skills
- Ability to manage a project remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
