📋 Description

• Design and develop engineering controls to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards.
• Improve safety, ergonomics, material handling, and equipment operation.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation.
• Create engineering drawings, specifications, and design packages.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Perform testing and validation to verify performance and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in equipment design, manufacturing systems, or automation.
• Proven track record taking projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fabrication vendors, machine shops, equipment suppliers, or maintenance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
