Program Manager Contingent Workforce

📋 Description

• Lead Contingent Workforce Program for MSP/VMS platform (Beeline + Monument).
• Build governance, policies, and SOPs for scalable external workforce management.
• Partner with Legal, Accounting, Finance, and IT; report to Head of Talent.
• Drive international expansion via centralized EOR and improved spend reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, operations, or workforce management.
• Experience with vendor/supplier relationships in staffing, MSP, or VMS.
• Strong process design skills; able to create operating models and playbooks.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, HR.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels.
