Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care to participants
• Assist with ADLs, escorting, bathing, dressing, grooming
• Document vital signs and assist with medical transport when needed
• Support day center activities and meal service
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (IDT) and other departments
• Maintain supplies and ensure participant safety

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HHA certification or CNA preferred (California)
• Minimum 1 year of senior care experience
• Valid driver ability to travel within service area
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days
