• Create short-form content for X, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, etc.
• Turn footage, audio clips, or assets into story-driven content
• Collaborate to brainstorm and test new ideas
• Add captions, overlays, memes, graphics as needed
• Optimize for platform formats and trends

🎯 Requirements

• A creative storyteller who can craft scroll-stopping narratives
• Fluent in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)
• Comfortable working quickly and iterating often
• Detail-oriented with strong framing, pacing, and flow
• Proactive communicator in a small, fast-moving team
• Excited about blending creativity with social strategy
