📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end localization programs for a high-volume consumer app across 30+ UI languages.
• Own end-to-end programs from idea to scalable operations, improving launch speed, quality, and
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and language partners.
• Scale localization systems to align with Duolingo’s growth and ensure durable, low-touch processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record leading localization programs in cross-functional consumer apps.
• Ability to craft localization strategy in collaboration with product, design and engineering.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with AI, CMSs, and CAT tools to scale workloads.
• Excellent communicator; can influence stakeholders and socialize best practices.
• Experience defining goals, metrics and translating insights into actionable engineering
• Hands-on experience with localization quality frameworks and internationalization concepts
