📋 Description

• Technical Account Managers are experienced Architects who support strategic clients.
• Engage with client CTOs and admins; manage technical aspects of accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan engagement and milestones.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform and deployments.
• Advise on long-term technical strategy and integration with client systems.
• Support advanced use cases including edge computing and ML-Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Proficient with Linux, IAM tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience; familiarity with Hadoop/Spark.
