🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data science or analytics with business outcomes
• Pragmatic approach: choose simple tools when appropriate
• High autonomy to operate with minimal direction
• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experience putting models into production
• Strong stakeholder partnership across business units
