Partner Manager, Technology Distributors – APAC

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard technology distributors across Southeast Asia and India
• Design and execute distributor-led GTM motions and partner recruitment strategies
• Build enablement programs covering product knowledge and solution selling
• Drive end-to-end sales engagements with distributor partners
• Lead pipeline generation through distributor channels and manage business plans
• Coach distributor leadership on strategy and competitive positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or automation of workflows
• 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in partner channel sales management in tech/SaaS
• Proven distributor recruitment, pipeline generation, ecosystem expansion in APAC
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
• Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise software; AI tools experience
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and India
