Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead incident management and day-to-day monitoring of production service delivery to meet SLAs
• Provide exceptional customer service and help desk support
• Administer and maintain Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations
• Develop strategies for administering and maintaining SaaS deployment lifecycle operations
• Operate and maintain AWS environments following standard procedures
• Identify optimization opportunities and solve complex problems affecting service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 5+ years in relational databases (MS SQL) and database design/optimization
• 5+ years managing websites (IIS) and web app development/deployment
• 5+ years basic scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• 1+ year experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)
• 1+ year experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
