📋 Description

• Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights
• Coach and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledge
• Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action
• Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives
• Experience with healthcare provider digital/IT environments and major clinical, enterprise, digital
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their implications for healthcare providers
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH) or equivalent in business cases
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
