📋 Description
- Apply coatings to prepared surfaces per shop/customer specs
- Gather surface prep specs for projects
- Communicate with engineers, QC, paint reps, vendors
- Fill paint reports and prep procedures
- Experience with industrial painting
- Work safely around shop with minimal direction
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with industrial painting; inorganic zinc preferred
- Ability to wear full-face respirator for long periods
- Interpersonal skills to interact inside/outside company
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, navigate stairs, and work overtime as needed
