Cold Chain Pharmacy Distribution Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead logistics workstream for new pharma products from development to commercialization.
• Define end-to-end processes including inventory, order flow, EDI/IT systems.
• Execute Fluorescence Imaging and Global Logistics projects within budget, timeline and scope.
• Create process flow maps to help partners understand options.
• Assist day-to-day relationships with 3PLs, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Develop project management infra (Smartsheet, Box, artifacts).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in operations process, pharma distribution preferred.
• Proactive, independent work style.
• Organized with ability to prioritize across a portfolio.
• Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 25% internationally.
