Senior Privacy & AI Governance Analyst (Americas)

📋 Description

• Support and monitor data privacy and protection compliance across the Americas, ensuring adherence
• Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support mitigation measures for new projects
• Review, negotiate, and manage DPAs, privacy clauses, and third-party data protection requirements.
• Support handling of DSARs, privacy incidents, and data breach response processes.
• Maintain privacy documentation, compliance records, reporting, and governance activities using
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives to promote data protection culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, regulatory, or related areas.
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating DPAs, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, personal data protection principles, and regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting privacy assessments (DPIAs), data breach response, and third-party risk
