Tech Lead Full Stack

📋 Description

• Lead the development team technically with engineering standards and code review culture.
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing and improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions in AWS, evaluating scalability, reliability, performance, and
• Participate in business/product refinements and assess technical feasibility.
• Prioritize work and allocate developers by project needs and complexity.
• Hands-on in building applications using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Express, and React/React

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with TypeScript and Node.js, especially NestJS and Express.
• Hands-on web app development with React, ideally React Native Web.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, preferably via Hasura.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures (microservices, messaging, caching, Pub/Sub
• Practical knowledge of AWS infrastructure, cloud architecture for scalable apps.
