Senior Product Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead complex product design and design engineering initiatives from ideation to post-launch
• Translate concepts into production-ready experiences with engineers in the codebase.
• Create prototypes, mockups, and interaction specs to communicate design intent.
• Maintain product quality and drive improvements across consumer experiences.
• Evolve design systems, tokens, and component consistency between design and code.
• Develop tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design or design engineering; senior experience with global consumer brands.
• Strong ability to communicate visuals and interactions via polished mockups and rationale.
• Proven ability to work with engineers as a peer, including code reviews and production-quality
• Experience prototyping in code with accessibility and modern front-end practices.
• Deep understanding of interaction/motion: easing, transitions, responsive behavior.
• Experience designing/sustaining sophisticated design systems and token architectures.
