- Lead expansion of Mobile Check-In to new segments and reservations
- Collaborate with design/engineering for frictionless interfaces
- Configure country-specific requirements (DVLA UK, US fees, etc.)
- Align with stakeholders across ops, finance, risk, customer experience
- Define and monitor KPIs: digital checkout quota, funnel conversion, SES
🎯 Requirements
- Product experience with checkout flows, payments, or mobile-first UX
- Strong UI/UX judgment; collaborate with designers to optimize funnels
- Mobile expertise in apps or self-serve flows
- Stakeholder management; translate tech concepts for non-tech teams
- Data-driven mindset; use metrics and A/B testing to guide decisions
