📋 Description
- Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of Platforms across AMER
- Work with cross-functional technical teams to ensure partners integrate with Stripe for GTM
- Optimize partner performance through partner plans and reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue with top partners and regional sales teams
- Collaborate with program, marketing, and sales to execute partner programs and sales playbooks
- Report to key stakeholders with a diagnostic approach
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in partnerships or sales within high-tech or financial services
- Track record of managing Platform or ISV partnerships
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and negotiate with C-level audiences
- Knowledge of payments/financial‑services tech and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel
