• Develop onboarding classes and simulation labs for new hires based on needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in Healthcare Related field; Bachelors preferred.
• 5 years home health or similar setting experience.
• Current CPR certification; valid clinical license where practicing.
• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, standards.
• Ability to lead technical staff and provide operational guidance.
