Training Specialist – Vehicle Operator

📋 Description

• Directly conduct new-hire onboarding for Vehicle Operators, executing the full training curriculum
• Deliver structured instruction across VO and FS phases; translate updates into practical on-road
• Administer compliance modules, Mixed Reality Training scenarios, and driving assessments as
• Guide trainees to meet proficiency thresholds and provide constructive, documented feedback.
• Maintain training materials, track progress, and support documentation with LMS/Jira systems.
• Mentor high-performing VOs and support Train-the-Trainer initiatives and demos readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct Vehicle Operator or similar driving experience in
• Valid CDL with clean driving record; experience operating Class 8 vehicles.
• Proven ability to deliver structured, safety-critical training and conduct on-road assessments.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous record-keeping in LMS or tracking systems.
• Passion for autonomous tech, safety culture, and operational excellence. Occasional travel may be
• Experience with LMS, MRT, or platform shakeout procedures is a bonus.
