📋 Description

• Strategic partner to client hiring managers and staffing vendors across contingent labor lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements, mentor junior team members, and drive supplier performance.
• Manage more complex requisitions and provide data-driven insights to improve client satisfaction
• Lead requisition intake sessions, advise on market trends, and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Develop reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in contingent workforce programs or staffing.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM systems.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
