• 21+ years old; high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role; 1 year POS experience; 6+ months retail leadership.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety, loss prevention, and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach a team; manage inventory and transactions accurately.
