📋 Description

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities
• Serve as strategic technology advisor to executive leadership on investments, governance
• Lead enterprise AI strategy: identify use cases, risk controls, tool evaluation, adoption, and
• Oversee IT and workplace tech operations for a distributed workforce; manage MSPs, help desk, M365
• Own cybersecurity, privacy controls, risk management, incident response, backups, DR, and
• Lead governance of digital platforms, websites, fundraising tech, analytics capabilities, and

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology, digital ops, enterprise systems
• Proven senior technology leader experience delivering enterprise-wide strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across IT ops, data/analytics, digital products, and tech
• Strong cybersecurity, governance, privacy, risk management, business continuity and resilience
• Experience leading CRM, data/analytics, digital platforms, and significant tech implementations or
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, MSPs, and partners; AI-enabled solutions
