Salesforce QA Automation Developer

📋 Description

• Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations, including Lightning Web Components, Apex
• Support and improve automated testing across Salesforce releases during development, system
• Review user stories to ensure test coverage for standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Execute manual test cases and scripts for features under development using test management tools.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, scenarios, and automation scripts per QA standards.
• Develop robust test data management strategies for reliable testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software testing, including Salesforce Sales/Service/Community Cloud
• 2+ years of automated functional testing (Playwright preferred) with Salesforce automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; solid understanding of Salesforce security concepts
• Experience with API testing using Postman (Salesforce REST/Bulk API).
• Experience with Xray or similar QA/test management integrated with Jira.
• Agile environment experience with frequent releases and Salesforce deployment processes.
