Remote Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project
• Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets
• Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience working on US-based construction projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
