Senior GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead GTM AI initiatives end to end
• Set standards for code/data quality and deployment
• Quality gate for GTM AI projects
• Architect agentic workflows for GTM tasks
• Build data foundation in Snowflake/BigQuery
• Own evaluation, reliability, cost, latency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, Data, or equivalent
• Advanced SQL and Python
• Experience with Snowflake and BigQuery
• Experience building AI agents (Claude/Claude Code/Gemini)
• Project rollout from concept to production
• Mentoring or reviewing others' work
